Job: Defend smaller villages where Iron Golems can't spawn.

Building: Similar to the gated walls in Riverwood in Skyrim.
If the blacksmith can be changed a tiny bit to put an anvil in their building, the Villager Guards could be made from normal unemployed villagers.
The Villager Guards are hostile toward any mob that is hostile toward Villagers. The guards should have an equivalent to a stone or iron sword for attacking, and leather or chain armor equivalent.
Also add a new Villager stat called "guts." If a Villager has high Guts AND is capable of changing professions, when it sees a hostile mob (as mentioned earlier), it will run to the nearest anvil, become a Guard, and fight the mob.
If a Villager has low Guts or cannot change professions, it will run away and shout for help, calling a Guard to come and fight.
If a Player kills the mob that scared the low-Guts villager, that villager will give the Player a trade discount, as if that Player had cured them as a Zombie Villager.
