New weapon and new mob

The blowpipe is a new long-range combat item, made from bamboo and a common arrow in the crafting table. It would be a small and more practical item for shooting paralyzing darts. The blowpipe dart is made in a similar way to a normal arrow, just replacing the stick in the crafting recipe with bamboo. The darts could have effects similar to common arrows, creating darts that paralyze the targets, ranging from passive, neutral, or aggressive mobs. To paralyze a large hostile mob, it would be necessary to attack it multiple times. The electric eel would be a new mob in the swamp and/or mangrove biomes, dropping its meat and a new item used in potions, the "main organ" which has the ability to paralyze enemies. By combining this item in potions, you would get a new potion (Electricity Potion), and by combining this potion with a dart, you would create a paralyzing dart. It would be useful for slowing down mobs, making it easier to kill hostile mobs, or for role-playing hunting scenarios.
