Buff the ender dragon and add more difficulty to reaching the end dimension

I don't know why the ender dragon is easier to defeat than the Wither, even though the ender dragon is the final boss, and the wither is just a regular boss. It would also be good to increase the difficulty of reaching the end dimension, such as having 12 different types of ender eyes, going through several obstacles before reaching the ender dragon. That's all my idea, thank you :)
