Vibrant Visuals Pls Read

My device meets all the vibrant visuals requirements (DirectX 12. Feature Levels: 12_0 and 12_1. Driver model: WDDM 3.1). but I still can't turn it on. Are there more requirements? I'm on windows 11, could that affect anything?
