New Uses For Squid

I think squid ink already has a good use for a couple of things, but the squid itself doesn't, since it's just a mob that drops a usable item; the mob itself doesn't do much of anything. I was thinking of making it possible to put it inside buckets of water, like fish. This could help players avoid having to search for squid far from their homes and then having to make the same journey every time. Also, being able to breed squid (although there's a very low chance that a squid will spawn in its baby form), being able to breed squid by giving them raw fish would be an interesting feature. Also, when you kill a squid, apart from dropping its ink, it can drop squid tentacles, which could be eaten (the shiny squid tentacle can be obtained but cannot be cooked, it wouldn't make sense to eat it).
