Add Blue Sea Dragon (Glaucus atlanticus)

I would like to see this impressive creature in Minecraft :)
For the size, maybe we can use axolotl size, so this mob will a bit similar with axolotl but cooler, yeah.

Like irl, when we attack this mob it'll give poison like pufferfish. For the texture, make it glow like glow squid (in certain area). Tha spawn rarity of this mob will be small, so it would be really fun to find it (or will make us stress). For the drop, and its uses besides decoration, ee idk, you guys can discuss in the comment :D
