Support for OTG (USB) controllers

normally, pairing a controller to an Android or iOS device with Bluetooth is the most logical way to use it with games including Minecraft, but i would like to use my official Xbox ONE controller on my Android smartphone trough a usb connection so i don't have to re-pair it every time i want to switch to pc and vice-versa
