make copper golems oxidize as fast as copper blocks.

copper golems oxidize soooooooooo slooooooow! speed them up to the speed of the blocks. (also, something i found is only oxidized golems oxidize(turn into a statue) no matter how much i speed up time.) please add this mojang! (it also gives players an actual reason to wax their golems.)

    yeah, cuz' I have fully oxidized copper chests but brand new golems still.
