Prioritization options of mods in World Creation

Have a star button at the right hand side of the behavior or resource pack that acts like a favouriting button that ensures the selected data set stays in slot one, while all the other mods you add stay in the slots coming after it.

This is so you can mod Bedrock Marketplace creator content without having to remove the textures and break your worlds if you find a mod you want to add onto it after world creation.
