Update to the behavior of snow and ice.

Player-placed snow or ice will never melt, regardless of the light level.Naturally generated ice or snow will still melt.

    Didn't you read carefully? I said that naturally generated ice and snow will melt normally, but player-placed ones will not. This allows unrestricted use of ice and snow for building without being limited by light.
