Tool Smiths level 1 trade, Stone-Copper

The Tool traders sell stone tools at level one, which has always felt unbalanced.  The Weaponsmith, for example, guarantees an iron axe at level one, making a Toolsmith with Stone Axes nigh obsolete.

I propose replacing the stone tool trades currently available with copper ones, at identical prices.  1 emerald for a copper pickaxe feels fair, considering how common the metal is.
