Better Bedrock Controller Functionality

Add Bow Dampening like spyglass dampening. Add the option to hold the bumpers to scroll the hotbar, its very tedious to click to change every item. Add back vertical and horizontal sensitivity instead of just one. I have hand disabilities and just want some quality of life features for controller. If anything add the ability to scroll the hotbar by holding a bumper please
