Put unwaxed copper in Search bar Only

To fix the overcrowding of copper in the creative menu all unwaxed variants of copper should be relegated to the search menu only, Much like lower levels of Enchantment books.  Many players do not want unwaxed copper when building in creative and can get the exact weathered level they want, but for the few that do, they can still find it by searching.
