Stop graying Vibrant Visuals out

To avoid sutiation like, "vIbrANt viSuAlS doEs nOt woRK" on a COMPATIBLE MOBILE, just stop graying vibrant visuals out man, and put a warning if players turn it on. To avoid as much lag as possible, make it go the lowest settings, i don't wanna see post with it while i can't play with it bruh 😭😭😭
