Tears music disc need to be harder to get

Tears music disc is to easy to get and should have a harder way to get it

    One way is to have the disc split up into 9 fragments. Crafting the 9 fragments produces the Tears Music Disc. Each fragment has a 25% chance to be dropped by a ghast when the ghast is defeated by a player-deflected fireball.

    Have you tried hitting a ghast with it's own fire ball? And if that wasn't hard enough most of the time it will just fall in lava.
