Fire phantom

When phantoms get killed by fire, they should have a 5% chance of turning into a fire phantom. A fire phantom is a version of phantom body is burnt and charred the eye on the chard and burnt side well there will be no eye. For the fire phantom, the burnt wing leaves a trail of fire when flying.
