Happy Ghasts speed up at higher elevations

Happy ghasts are amazing mobs for building but not so much for transportation an idea I had to help this issue while keeping it at the same speed it’s currently at when you reach a certain elevation like with its ability to to regenerate when you reach 150 blocks instead at 200 blocks you go 2x faster somthing along these would make the happy ghast a lot more viable for transport
