Adding "Add to Desktop" button

Adds a green button that adds the minecraft bedrock editor to your desktop. (you can also pin it to your taskbar) This will be useful for people who just want to open the editor with just one click. This editor button can be pressed when you're in the Editor section on the Bedrock tab.
