Piston block push limit as a setting

Going from maybe one to 30? (If that's too much that's reasonable, but please give us a decent amount.) 

It should be able to give redstoners some wiggle room, and being able to tailor your experience to be more preferable for your builds wouldn't really be a bad thing, would it?
