add a togle to fully disable the end flashes completey even the sound

i would like for the end flashes to be toglable completely even sound and the orb in the sky on java but also would be great for bedrock since i sometimes play it but it should be a must have on java since many people use custume texture packs that ad things to  the end or the sky . i hope that you can put a togle so i can use my texture packs without mods

    I very strongly agree with this sentiment. Where once The End was a calm, vast, serene and still place, now it is an aggravating and annoying place to stay in, for any extended period.
