Add "Edit Data Packs" tab when editing world

I needed to update my set of data packs in my Java Edition Realm that I play with my friends, but I had to download the world and manually go through the world's save folder. But the something must be wrong, because whenever I try to upload the new version of the world, it keeps failing to upload.
Being able to upload data packs to the Realm (plus remove data packs as well) would fix this issue.
