Bringing certain capes back

Could we ever bring back certain capes that were exclusive to specific events? Maybe create a separate event for each one and have it like a last chance thing. Because sometimes it sucked when we had no idea that a cape was available from an event, or if people didn't even know about the cape at the time, etc. Or for example for the first tiktok cape, I tried to get it but couldn't see any streams. Turns out my tiktok account just wouldn't allow me to see them for some reason, and I only figured that out at the time of the next tiktok cape. You could make challenges to get some and you could make them really hard too since that would mean the capes could still be somewhat rare or more of a collector's thing
