In the first snapshot for 1.21.9, the debug menu was re-done for added customization. As amazing as it is, it still lacks one major change: the reducedDebugInfo gamerule being updated with it. reducedDebugInfo is useful for helping prevent people from "cheating" using this menu. However, what's defined as "cheating" is different based on the server/world. A server might consider your coordinates fair game, but not what biome you are in, while another might be the complete opposite, but there is no way to set that up. It doesn't make sense that we can't customize what this gamerule restricts now after all the recent changes the menu got, not to mention feature many consider "cheating" are still viewable. (the pie chart is still visible with it on, and many high-level servers consider that cheating for example, as it can be used to find hidden structures).
