More F3 customization

The new debug screen customizations are great but it has rearranged some of the data so that when everything is enabled it is different from how it used to be. I like to use the light level and targeted block, but enabling them now causes the block position to swap sides. It would be nice to be able to specify the order, grouping, and which side the data was on along with the option to enable or disable.

  Personally throwing in my shared agreement with this feedback.

  Very obtuse changes to the Debug menu make it incredibly difficult to read at a moments notice as someone who's been used to the way its been positioned for years. It would be extremely appreciated to allow the player to change how the word wrapping occurs because there's significant problems even with how it shows up on 4k monitor scaled up UIs.

  Would love to see some more capability for editing.
