Replace the Minecraft Java Edition Graphics API

Something that could bring more optimization to the Java edition would be replacing the current graphics API, OpenGL, with the Vulkan API. Mods have shown that the game supports Vulkan. Besides the fact that OpenGL no longer receives support for updates
