Dungongs/Manatees

Dugongs and Manatees are endangered/vulnerable Marine Mammals native to the coastal warm waters of the Indian Ocean, Caribbean, Amazon and North West Africa.

Attraction & Breeding: Both Dugongs and Manatees eat seagrass so I think they should be bred with that item.

Appearance: Dugongs and Manatees should be grey blobs with the Dugong being slightly more silvery-blue than the Manatee. Over time a green fuzz should appear on their backs.

Functionality: The green that grows on their backs could be sheared and drop an existing marine plant or a few one such as algae or water lettuce/lily seeds. They would both drop 2-4 seagrass and 1-3 xp orbs. Whether that them dropping an item would be a necessary feature I am not sure as incentivising killing endangered animals is not a good idea.  

Behaviour: Manatees have no natural predators and so would be curious about nearby animals similar to a Happy Ghast. Dugongs have some natural predators but none of them are in Minecraft. Dugongs and Manatees fear guardians but guardians don't attack them. When hurt the creatures will swim away at about 3b/s.

Awareness: I hope if Manatees an Dugongs are added they will bring awareness on what impacts them and that will cause a reduction in boat and pollution related deaths and how people can be safe around manatees and the manatees can be safe around them.
