Harness Normal Ghasts

Allow players to be able to harness normal ghasts. They would remain hostile to all players, but would not attempt to shoot fireballs at riders (or players standing on it when stationary). Perhaps they would still move around if there was no players steering it (even if a player is standing on it's head). This would cause them to be dangerous to try to use, but could allow players to give it a combat use or a way to shoot fireballs with it, but it is risky.
