allowEnteringEndUsingPortals gamerule

In the 25w35a snapshot, Mojang added the allowEnteringNetherUsingPortals gamerule to prevent using Nether portal to go to the Nether, but we don't have allowEnteringEndUsingPortals to prevent using End portal to go to the End, for now we have to remove the End dimension in the NBT file of a world to prevent using an End portal but we can't go to the End anymore...
