Allow Console users to add specific servers outside of the server list

Console players should be able to add servers using a button to input an ip address and port as PC and Mobile players are able to. Having to use specific unofficial apps on your mobile device to connect with friends or participate in a very important side of Minecraft as a game seems unfair. Console was a part of the roots of Minecraft as a game and it seems like Mojang wants to leave console behind entirely.
