Bringing Back the Mob/Biome Vote with Game Drops

Hello Mojang team,

As you know, the Mob Vote was discontinued after community backlash. Many players felt it was unfair that the losing mobs or biomes were forgotten and never added to the game.

My proposal:

Reintroduce the vote during Minecraft Live, but with a fairer system:

Keep 3 choices as before.

The winner is added in the next update through its Game Drop.

The others are not discarded:

The 2nd place choice is added in the following Game Drop,

The 3rd place choice in the one after that.

This way, all candidates are eventually added, just in the order chosen by the community.

Special update:

Alongside this system, there could be a catch-up update to finally bring back old losing mobs/biomes that players still want, such as the Moobloom, Iceologer, Barnacle, Ostrich, Wildfire, and others.

Benefits:

No more frustration: every community choice matters.

The Minecraft Live vote becomes exciting again, without wasted ideas.

The Game Drop system makes integration simple and progressive.

Old, beloved mobs and biomes would finally be introduced.

Example:

If three mobs are proposed:

The 1st arrives in the immediate Game Drop,

The 2nd in the next,

The 3rd in the one after that.

Then, the cycle restarts with the next Minecraft Live.

This new system would bring back the Mob/Biome Vote in a way that is fair, exciting, and ensures no community choice is forgotten.
