Remove/Adjust the dark inventory overlay

When you open your player inventory or chests/containers a dark overlay covers everything except that inventory. This does not feel pleasant on my eyes when playing, for example when searching lots of chests. It feels like a repeated reverse flashbang, the contrast is way too harsh.

I would love if there was an accessibility option that enables you to either remove that overlay entirely or lets you decide how dark you want it to be, similar to the blur slider.
