Herobrine on Halloween

On every halloween, it would be cool for there to be a small chance for Herobrine to appear peeking out from behind a tree. If this is added, I don't think he should do anything though, and just be for a pure spooky environment.

    i think you're in the wrong section (it explicitly says "mobs, animals, and NON-humanoids" and herobrine is technically a humanoid)
