Let player choose what colour they want their locator bar dot to be.

So let the play choose in the profile tab what colour they want their dot to be so you can have a dot that matches your skin and it's obvious like my freinds has just a plain bright green skin but his dot is purple which makes it very annoying to find who is who on the bar.

    I would love to be able to choose my locater dot colour, its a small feature but would be loved by everyone
