Snowballs could heal hostile Ghasts like a potion of healing

Similar to how potions of harming affect undead mobs, it could be an interesting lore detail to allow snowballs to heal (partially rehydrate) hostile Ghasts, possibly with a particle effect of some kind as well. It would create a stronger connection between the two Ghast variants, and maybe could act as an environmental hint for how to grow the dried Ghasts.
