Optimized Vibrant Visuals

Not gonna lie, Vibrant Visuals are too bad optimized, even with the minimum settings. The thing is that I want to be abble to fully set the 3D resolution, and not just the presets (33, 55, 66 and 75) from 1 to 100, being able to disable PBR and to customize the entity and player shadow (from 0, 8 and 16) and shadow distance.
