Obsidian golem (for enchanting)

This golem would be built by making a T using obsidian and adding a block of lapis lazuli as the head, it would look like an iron golem, but smaller, made from obsidian and with four arms and lapis lazuli eyes. It would not attack anything but would instead enchant items, the player would have to give it an enchanted book, then the golem will read the book repeatedly (it will spend one day doing this for each enchantment level) after reading the book the book will be absorbed by the golem and its eyes will glow for several seconds, then the player will be able to give an enchantable item (swords, axes, books, etc.) to the golem and the golem will inspect it for several minutes before enchanting it with the enchantment in the book that the player gave it and then present the item to the player.
