Pillager ports

Pillager ports, there are pillager outposts and random parties, the woodland mansion is not a large enough meeting place logistically. It's a good hidden base but not a great place to extend power from. There should be ports that are a new pillager structure with new loot and maybe bigger boats? Could have stronger pillager and illager mobs and continue their lore. Based on the wool piles in the ancient cities, the illagers have been there. What are they after? The more front facing side of the illagers could give some clues.
