This is pretty much a shulker, but the shell is white-red,
The negative shulker can launch you down by removing the levitation effect, and adding a new "plunging effect", which drops you down rapidly. Has a pretty small range. Cannot teleport. Its projectiles have a more redder hue. Deals 4 hearts.
Could spawn higher up in end cities to make looting them harder.
