Mob Spawners and Biome specific Mobs

Mob spawners are an amazing feature, Its always fun to go caving and find these for some extra loot. A small feature that could make these even better is a chance for the regular mob variant in mob spawners to be replaced by the biome specific version. For example, under deserts, there could be a chance for husk spawners, under snowy, stray spawners and under mangrove, bogged spawners.
