Make shelf placeable in any orientation like item frames

Please make the new shelves placeable in any orientation depending on how the player is facing like how item frames are placed. For example, a shelf placed on the floor would look nice as a conveyor belt (sushi train update with the new dye textures). It will also look nice as textures on the ceiling or texture on the sides of the road. I'm sure more people will have more awesome ideas if this is implemented.
