Add in windchimes

Add in windchimes which have a semi realistic wind, like for example if you are higher up in the sky, the more wind, which means the stronger, and more amount of chimes from the windchimes. I am aware that this will likely never be added, but I think it could be a cool idea to implement. They could also appear in villages and other places.
