Less Frequent End Flashes

The new End Flashes, which were introduced in Java MC with snapshot 25w33a are a great ambient addition to the End, and they really do fit the concept of the Dimension. However, they are a bit too frequent, in my opinion, which ends up making them distracting more than anything, and spoils their mystic in a way. I can see two solutions to this: a) Making them more infrequent, so that seeing one feels more special, but still having them activate at any time. b) Creating some kind of period only during which they can appear, sort of like the Overworld's weather. So, when the "end weather" is "clear", End Flashes cannot appear, but when it turns "flashy", you can see End Flashes every 1 - 1.5 minutes or so. As I said, I really like the idea behind them, but their constant appearance makes them less interesting and more distracting. There is value in rarity / restraint of implementation.     Yeah, it's kinda distracting. Maybe it could work like thunder does? Having a specific weather for the flash seems better.

    I feel that the new End Flashes have been introduced very recklessly.

    The End used to be a peaceful, serene place. Personally, I have elaborate builds in The End, some that I frequently inhabit, and the designs of my builds try to mirror The End's inherent stillness.

    This calm aesthetic is completely ruined by the frequent flashes, sound and lighting effect.

    I would be extremely grateful if this feature could either be disabled, or reconsidered for the long-term experience. At present, The End is just a frustrating and grating place to inhabit.
