More accurate player online status

In minecraft bedrock 1.21.100, you can see your friends' online status, such as "Playing in creative mode", but if the player is playing on a server or another player's world, it will only show "Online", I think the online status most like this:

Player in local world: "Playing in **gamemode**"
Player in other's world: [
if world host is your friend: "Playing in **gamemode** with **world host name"
else "Playing in **gamemode** with others" ]
Player in external server: "Playing in external server: **server name**"
