Parity means making features behave consistently across different Minecraft editions, most commonly between Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. The current system in bedrock of villagers randomly selecting a job block within a given radius rather than the one closest to them is infuriating to say the least. Proximity based job block pairing like Java would save bedrock players headaches and broken keyboards.
