Happy Ghast Pillager Conversion

I think that the Happy Ghast should be able to turn an illager into a villager. Maybe it could do this by eating it and spitting it out again. It should need to recharge in water to convert another illager. The converted illagers will free iron golems for one day, and then turn into a villager. Pillagers would turn into fletchers, vindicators into weaponsmiths or armorers, witches into clerics or librarians, not sure about ravagers, and evokers should turn into magic traders, a new profession of villager that trades powerful magic items like saddles that make horses go faster, beds that work in the nether and end, and totems of undying. (Evokers would no longer drop totems, so they would be harder to get.) He would also accept things like music discs, netherite, and echo shards in his trades so people wouldn't be able to get all the loot from raid farms.
