Publish moderation rules, a queue with timestamps, appeal/edit flow, and public moderation logs. 2. Revamped Topics What? Expand and prune Topics; let users suggest/create topics (limited, reviewed). Why? Better organization and discoverability without rigid, dumb categories. How? Auto-suggest topics on submit, vote to promote useful new topics, merge duplicates. 3. Better Access & Submission What? Integrate into the Launcher, allow 3000 words, restore usernames. Why? Reduce friction; enable full proposals and community recognition. How? Launcher button, mobile editor, image attachments, link attachments, video attachments, etc. Also, request to answer (What/Why/How).
