Motion Blur and Sound Improvement

I was thinking about motion blur being added either to vanilla Minecraft or only with vibrant visuals. Lastly, some improved sounds depending on the environment would be nice, such as short echoes in caves, and longer echoes in big caverns, and even the nether. That's all for now!
