New features for copper

The bloAnything that is made of copper could oxidize faster underwater. And this oxidation mechanic could be slower if the block is next to a green torch. Copper streetlights should shine less with greater oxidation. Add a copper shield, which the more rusty it is the faster it breaks, and pass this mechanic to the rest of the copper set, so that it can be fixed on whetstones or anvils
