potion of luck in Survival (increases chances for better loot)

The potion of Luck should be in survival mode. drinking it would increase the probability of getting better/more loot while fishing, unlocking trial vaults & ominous vaults, mining ores and killing mobs.

  to not make people never explore without this, maybe leaving it only work on things affected by luck, looting or luck of sea, as well as making it less likely to ender pearl break when looking for end portal, maybe even more likely to unbreaking enchant trigger as well as just general chance to get some desirable loot from mobs such as their worn armor or tools
  definitely should be brewed from bunny paw we got in game and often is associated as luck charm, while new item, frog leg, should be added in and used as food when cooked or way to brew old potion of leaping
