Please bring back the sunny rainy days

I know this is going to sound strange but....when it rains in Minecraft I find something to do inside until it stops. I know we are a bit of a quirky community and I am very sure there are many Minecraft players who do not really like being in the rain. Having said that I would never want rain removed and neither would anybody else. The rain still dampens my desire to explore, build, and in general play in my world. I am also aware that these things are dynamics that are appreciated and do not need to change. So to drill down to the bedrock of my request here, when you added vibrant visuals there was an error made to the mechanics regarding the sun during rain. This led to rainy days that still had a bit gloomy clouds but the sun was very much still shining. It reminded me of how I felt about rain when I was a very young child. I suddenly did not mind being in the rain on Minecraft. You could even say I rather enjoyed it when it rained all of a sudden. It made it so I enjoyed the whether change, it had enhanced my game play. I am not sure when you changed it back but I literally just noticed 5 minutes ago. I generally believe you should take a look at reverting it back to how it was prior to you patching the error. Even if you split it up where some rainy days are sunny and some are overcast. Or even only thunderstorms have the total over cast and no visible sun. I have no doubt that pretty much every content creator and Minecraft player would enjoy this :)
